This workshop is for Civil Service Personnel, Law Enforcement, Police, City Council Persons and other personnel responsible for selecting and promoting police. With the COVID climate, it’s critical to be able to offer hybrid and/or fully remote test administrations to candidates. Additionally, Virtual Assessment Centers can offer exponential value to entry level police candidates by reducing biases, increasing face validity, and appealing to candidates with applied test taking skills
